& then again you're right as the goverment should save a back up fund.We don't want The Great Depression to affect Singapore too badly, do we?

Yeah they should charge more $$ to the rich for the poor to help them to support their families & maybe use it for Singapore's needs & maybe not to charge the poor at all... ;P
