that would make the poor people poor and the rich people filthy rich that would lead to more crime because more people would want to rob the filthy rich people

the amount that people earn coincides with the amount he has to pay that in tern is fairness to all people because if a poor person pays the same amount of tax as a rich person he will go bankrupt thus the amount of fairness for each person is different depending on the amount he earns .
